Home Time:

• Enjoy daily home time for drivers residing within 50 miles of our distribution center.
• Occasional overnight runs during peak periods based on freight demands.

Equipment:

• Operate new refrigerated trucks with automatic chaining systems for safe travel in mountainous areas.
• Our fleet is designed for both comfort and efficiency in difficult terrain and weather conditions.

Refrigerated Freight:

• Deliveries to grocery stores involve a mix of live load/unload and drop and hook operations.
• Multi-stop loads generally average 1-3 loads daily, with mountain routes typically requiring 1 load per day.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly pay ranges from $1,450 to $1,580.
• Additionally, a $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus is paid monthly from November to March.
• Compensation reflects the specialized nature of refrigerated and mountain driving.

Running Area:

• Dedicated routes across Colorado, Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Eastern Utah serving grocery store locations.
• 24/7 operations with flexible scheduling options, including nights, evenings, and early morning shifts based on customer demands.
