Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Aberdeen, SD
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding independent contractor role with excellent pay and modern trucks? At American Trucking Group, we provide W2 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, offering outstanding earning potential. Experience the freedom that comes with being an independent contractor along with competitive compensation and profit-sharing options.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing you to maximize your earnings while still having quality time for family and personal responsibilities.
Equipment:
- Drive late model Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2021 or newer), featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for your comfort during long trips.
No Touch Freight:
- Our operations feature 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, alongside a year-end profit share of 10%.
Running Area:
- OTR covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities that maximize your earning potential.
Benefits:
- As a W2 independent contractor, you can have a passenger aged 18 or older at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available, requiring a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
