Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Abilene, TX by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with your driving partner on long-haul logistics
- Adhere to HOS and safety standards
- Handle pickup and delivery of freight nationally
HMD equips you with late-model tractors featuring APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers, backed by on-site maintenance. Enjoy competitive mileage pay at 77¢/mi split with weekly 5,000-mile averages and performance bonuses. Return home every three weeks and benefit from comprehensive health plans, PTO and a 401(k) match. A valid CDL A and 12 months OTR experience are required.
