Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but sometimes 2-week stints may be necessary. Our schedules run Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. We ensure consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
