Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Allen, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position with great pay and state-of-the-art equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes that provide outstanding mileage potential along with performance bonuses. Experience the independence of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may happen.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times.
- 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprising automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
