Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Allen, TX
HMD Trucking is hiring dedicated OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the country. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Regular home time every two weeks.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
