Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Alma, AR
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an over-the-road role that offers competitive pay and state-of-the-art equipment? At American Trucking Group, we specialize in dry van routes that promise excellent mileage and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of OTR driving with our well-maintained fleet and stable earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Generally out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week durations may happen.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- All loads are dry van, with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
- Operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily focused on automotive loads to enhance efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly, depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
- Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles.
Running Area:
- Operations primarily east of I-35, with potential mileage of up to 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers.
- Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.
