Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy Description

Join HMD Trucking’s Alva, OK hub as an OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver and haul freight across the country. Teams share duties to maximize miles, performance and safety.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating modern dry vans under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers
  • Planning efficient routes and adhering to schedules
  • Completing inspections and maintaining accurate logs

HMD offers 77¢ CPM split, weekly averages of 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean checks and referrals. Drivers enjoy top-tier in-house maintenance support, home every three weeks and comprehensive benefits—health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).CDL A and 12+ months experience required.
