Home Time: You can expect to be out typically 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time; however, there may be occasions when you are out for 2-week periods. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for enhanced operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350 to $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily focusing on areas east of I-35, dedicated drivers can potentially achieve up to 3,000 miles per week, with consistent freight lanes ensuring reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you will also become eligible for dedicated accounts.
