Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Ames, IA
DBS Laredo is seeking dedicated Solo CDL A drivers to join our team in Ames. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment that respects our drivers.
Your Duties Include:
- Delivering freight efficiently and on schedule.
- Following all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Keeping accurate records and logs for compliance.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum driving experience required.
- A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
