Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and the freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, and Freightliners. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, focusing on automotive loads with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes will be east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
