Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive to provide weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner trucks. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. All freight is 100% no-touch, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve as much as 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated account eligibility begins after 90 days.
