Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasional 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet, consisting of trucks no older than three years, includes Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350 to $1,600 based on hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week, benefiting from consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
