Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Appleton, WI
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Offer:
- Drive modern trucks, less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.

Your Qualifications:
- A valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
