Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run OTR dry van freight for HMD Trucking serving the Appleton, WI area, hauling national lanes with steady miles and consistent dispatch.
You will drive modern tractors (under three years) outfitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, and rely on our in-house maintenance for dependable uptime.
Daily Work:
- Operate dry van trailers safely across long-haul routes.
- Perform required inspections, secure cargo, and maintain precise logs.
Qualifications & Perks:
- Valid CDL-A with a minimum of 12 months’ experience.
- Compensation begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safety and clean inspections; home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
