Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Argusville, ND
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our Offerings Include:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance to keep you on the road.
- Home every three weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience required. Become part of our driver-focused team that values safety and success!
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
