Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Argusville, ND
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country.
We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM.
- Average weekly miles around 2,500.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
If you hold a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience, consider joining HMD for a rewarding driving career focused on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home
