Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. 100% of our freight is no-touch, primarily involving automotive loads for smoother operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 weekly, based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following a 60-day period. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days of service.
