Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate nationwide dry van routes out of Arlington Heights, IL for HMD, delivering consistent freight with a driver-first approach. You’ll use modern tractors (under three years) featuring APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance and reliable routing.
Key duties:
- Safely handle OTR dry van runs and cargo securement on long-haul lanes.
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate logs and regulatory paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch to maintain schedules and delivery performance.
Eligibility & pay:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience required. Compensation begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles; bonuses and full benefits included, home every two weeks.
