Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight availability. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on their hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles logged weekly. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
