OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Arlington, VA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive OTR with HMD Trucking, delivering dry van freight nationwide from Arlington, VA. Our fleet features modern trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, and sleeper berths.
What You’ll Do:
- Average 2,500 miles per week at 65 CPM
- Uphold safety and compliance on every route
- Qualify for bonuses for safe driving and referrals
Benefit from home time every two weeks, dedicated in-house maintenance, and a full benefits plan including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). A CDL A license and 12 months of OTR experience are required.
