Home Time: Our drivers typically spend 1-2 weeks on the road, aiming for weekly home time, although some may occasionally experience 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that is no older than three years, consisting of Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times for our drivers.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on their hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
