Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Ashland, WI
HMD Trucking is looking for skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. Our competitive mileage pay starts at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles. Bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
