As a solo OTR driver you’ll haul dependable freight with starting pay at 65 CPM, typical weekly mileage around 2,500, and bonus opportunities for safety, clean inspections, and referrals. Expect predictable home time every two weeks and strong in‑house support.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive and manage dry van tractor‑trailers on interstate assignments.
Execute pre/post-trip inspections, secure freight properly, and keep detailed trip and delivery records.
Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements & Perks:

CDL‑A and minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience.
Newer trucks (<3 years) with APUs, inverters, sleepers, plus in‑house maintenance and complete benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
