Home Time: Typically, our drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight demands. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may sometimes occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Anticipate an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45 to .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, we offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
