Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Auburn, ME
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We provide strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, alongside bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our Offerings Include:
- Access to modern trucks that are under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure you are always ready to roll.
- Home every three weeks for personal time.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
