Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Bakersfield, CA
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Bakersfield. We offer consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time.

Responsibilities Include:
- Safely deliver freight to assigned locations.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery and trip records.
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL A license is required.
- Experience driving solo with a clean driving history.
- A commitment to safety and professionalism on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
