Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur. Schedules run Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet, consisting of Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models, is no older than three years. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Experience a hassle-free environment with all dry van loads involving 70% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes dock waiting times, and all loads are 100% no-touch, primarily focusing on automotive deliveries for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily service areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days, with additional offerings including vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
