HMD Trucking is on the lookout for seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 cents per mile, with drivers typically covering around 2,500 miles weekly. Additional earnings are available through bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Our drivers benefit from operating modern trucks that are less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with dependable in-house maintenance support. Enjoy the comfort of being home every two weeks and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Join our team if you hold a CDL A license and possess a minimum of 12 months of driving experience. At HMD, we offer not just competitive pay and reliable freight, but also a driver-focused team that prioritizes safety and your success.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

  • Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
