OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver - Bancroft, IA
HMD Trucking is seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. We provide attractive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with drivers averaging about 2,500 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Our drivers operate modern trucks that are less than three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers, ensuring comfort and efficiency. With reliable in-house maintenance support, you can focus on the road.
Home Time & Benefits:
- Home every two weeks.

If you hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience, consider joining HMD Trucking for competitive pay and a supportive, safety-oriented team.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
