Home Time: Drivers can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods can occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles, all under three years old, featuring Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate with all dry van loads featuring 70% drop and hook processes, which significantly reduces waiting times at docks. All freight is 100% no-touch, mainly comprising automotive loads for smoother operations.

Pay and Miles: Week earnings average between $1,350, $1,475, and $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles a month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily run east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
