Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Bay Minette, AL
Join HMD Trucking as we search for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- A minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
