OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bayonne, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work with HMD Trucking from Bayonne, NJ on solo OTR dry-van routes that span the U.S. Drivers average about 2,500 miles per week, earn starting pay of 65 CPM, and qualify for safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Fleet trucks are under three years old and feature APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with in-house maintenance support to keep schedules on track.
What you'll do:
- Operate CDL-A dry van equipment on long-haul, scheduled freight runs.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver records.
- Follow DOT rules and company safety standards while delivering freight on time.
Applicants need a CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months’ verifiable experience. Home every two weeks and full benefits are provided.
