Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our running area is primarily east of I-35, offering dedicated drivers the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
