Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Bear, DE
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the country. We provide excellent mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, alongside weekly averages of about 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks aged under 3 years, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of verifiable experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
