Home Time:

• Work for 3-4 weeks, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to maximize your earnings while enjoying personal time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure your comfort during long hauls.

Freight Handling:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch freight with dry van operations, simplifying your experience across all 48 states.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average weekly salary of $1,600 to $1,800, with a competitive rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Cover OTR routes spanning all 48 states, with various dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor position with a no-cost passenger policy for drivers aged 18 and older. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
