Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver in Bemidji, MN! Our drivers enjoy strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

If you possess a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of experience, HMD offers competitive pay and a supportive, safety-oriented team.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
