Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Bend, OR

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and state-of-the-art equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide W2 positions with dry van routes across all 48 states, ensuring significant earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.

Home Time:

  • 3-4 weeks out on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to enjoy quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

  • Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during long hauls.

Freight Operations:

  • Benefit from 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest through Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average weekly earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 at a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year's end.

Running Area:

  • OTR driving covering all 48 states, with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

  • This W2 independent contractor role includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no additional charge. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
