Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some 2-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All of our dry van loads are no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on the hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, alongside a monthly performance bonus of $750 for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
