Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Berlin, MD

HMD Trucking is on the lookout for skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Our Offerings Include:

  • Modern trucks less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs.
  • Reliable in-house maintenance support.
  • Home every three weeks.

If you hold a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of experience, join HMD for competitive pay and a driver-focused team that emphasizes safety and success.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150
