Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Teams earn a 77¢ per mile split, average 5,000 miles weekly, plus performance-based bonuses.
Key Duties:
- Conduct coast-to-coast dry van runs
- Comply with safety and DOT regulations
- Partner with co-driver to maximize efficiency
