Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,350 to $1,600 based on their hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to potentially cover 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
