Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks based on their location and the freight available. We strive for weekly home time, though some 2-week periods might occur. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, ensuring secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily focus on areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
