Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bettendorf, IA

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer 1099 positions with dry van routes that span all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Experience the independence of contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing options.

Home Time:

  • 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, enabling you to maximize earnings while enjoying quality time with your family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

  • Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

  • Enjoy the ease of 100% no-touch operations with dry van freight across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, distributed as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, alongside a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

  • OTR service covering all 48 states, with a variety of dry van freight opportunities, including specialized routes to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

  • This role is a 1099 independent contractor position, featuring a passenger policy for individuals over 18 at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
