Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week assignments may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. 100% no-touch freight is primarily automotive loads for operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, complemented by a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for safe driving of 8,000 miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance kicks in the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
