HMD Trucking is currently seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation beginning at 60 cents per mile, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles weekly. Our team rewards safe driving, clean inspections, and successful referrals with attractive bonuses.
Our drivers benefit from operating modern trucks that are less than three years old, all equipped with auxiliary power units, inverters, and comfortable sleepers. Additionally, we offer consistent in-house maintenance support to ensure reliability on the road.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
