Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some drivers may need to stay out for two weeks. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. Our cargo primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient transport.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily covering areas east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly, with consistent freight lanes ensuring stable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, you’ll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
