Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
• We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is well-kept, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35 with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:
