Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy Description

Join HMD Trucking’s OTR dry van division in Blue Springs, MO, running coast-to-coast freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pilot late-model dry van tractors over long-haul routes
  • Keep accurate logs and adhere to DOT regulations
  • Conduct detailed safety inspections before and after trips
  • Partner with dispatch and tap into in-house maintenance support

With earnings from 65 cents per mile and roughly 2,500 miles per week, plus safety and referral bonuses, you’ll drive trucks under 3 years old featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers. Enjoy home time every two weeks and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
