Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver running nationwide freight from Blue Springs, MO for a company that emphasizes safety, equipment quality and driver support. You'll handle long-haul routes averaging around 2,500 miles per week, receive 65 CPM starting pay and participate in incentive programs.
Primary responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight safely across regional and national lanes while maintaining accurate ELD logs and paperwork.
- Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections, notify in-house maintenance of any defects, and secure freight according to regulations.
- Maintain communication with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and on-time deliveries.
Qualifications & perks:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Late-model trucks (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, regular home time every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k).
