Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, given secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. 100% of our freight is no-touch, primarily involving automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focused east of I-35, dedicated drivers may achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
